Prior to seeing Rita and her team,  I was extremely anxious and stressed as my funding was at risk of being cut by the NDIS, but they delivered such a comprehensive report. Compared to my previous OT, Rita really took the time to know me as a person- including my trauma and my upbringing which no other OT had considered to do.
